D51 Series Radial Ring Rolling Machine-Gear Blank, Flange Forging

The company has newly developed the DRC-D51K CNC ring rolling machine series products, the D51K fully automatic CNC ring rolling machine series, and has developed a configuration of loading and unloading robotic arms and  robots to achieve unmanned operation of the ring rolling machine. Improvement has been made on the basis of the CNC ring rolling machine, using servo motor drive through a reducer to achieve rolling. This feeding method reduces the impact of temperature changes on feed speed, facilitates accurate control of feed motion, and increases stability.

1.D51 type ring rolling machine has new and reasonable structure. It is adopted imported machine advantages and chose new spare parts as per customers' using experience.

2.Guide rail length is increased to 5~6 times of journey of sliding block,cross section is square shape, burden force is reasonable, guiding precision is high and lifetime is long.

3.Sealed with YX O-ring in accordance with International standard, low resistance of oil cylinder, reliable seal performance and good abrasive resistance.

4.The precision rolling device adopts servo transmission: easy operate, stable operation, adjustable range large.

5.The bearing of main axle choosing and distribution is reasonable, the rotation precision of rolling wheel is high.

6.Lower support part is fixed in square frame by wedge iron, adjusting and maintenance is easy and convenient;High quality seal rings are adopted for lower support bearing to assure the normal working in bad working condition .

7.Standard gear box and Y type motor are adopted set on seat bottom with compact structure and easy installation and maintenance; Compressed air is released through muffler to eliminate noise pollution.

8.The rolling wheel is fixed by expanding rings, axial direction location precision is high to be simplified  the machining.
